New Features
Configurable Communication Schedules
You can now decide exactly which days of the week your automated AI calls and texts go out.
Pick Your Days:
If you only want to send texts on Mondays or calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can now set that up easily.
Automatic Holding:
Any messages triggered on an "off" day aren't lost—they are simply saved in a queue and sent automatically on the next day you’ve approved.
Smart Delivery & Member Experience:
We know that sending too many messages can lead to members "tuning out" or getting frustrated. We’ve added new "Smart Delivery" rules to keep your communications professional and helpful:
No More Duplicates:
The system now automatically checks if a member is already scheduled to receive a specific message. If they are, it cancels the duplicate so they don't get the same text twice in one day.
Daily Limits:
You can now set a "cap" on how many automated messages a single member receives in a day. If the limit is reached, the system will only send the most important ones.
Priority Ranking:
You can tell the system which messages are the most urgent (like an appointment reminder) and which are lower priority. If a member hits their daily limit, the system ensures the most important message always gets through first.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where the AI appointment scheduler created minor overlaps; it now ensures clean gaps between bookings.
Reinforced the fix for AI calls to ensure they never execute before allowable FCC/regulatory call times.
Corrected scaling issues for users on Work Tablet Mode.
Fixed date selector bugs and duplicate row/whitespace glitches in the CMR and Care Gap Statistics tables.
Resolved an issue where manually created gaps were being automatically renamed to "manual"; they will now retain their specific designated titles
Polished UI elements across filters, dropdowns, and modals for a smoother, snappier feel.

designed to expedite communication with providers regarding high-cost medications and non-formulary exceptions.
CPD Posts to Care Gap Notes:
When a care gap goes through a CPD, a message will now automatically post to the notes section of the care gap "This care gap entered the following care path: <CPD name>" see

Automated FCC Compliance Guardrails
All Scheduled Communication Actions now automatically adhere to FCC regulations regarding contact hours. This system update ensures that your outreach strategy remains compliant without manual oversight.
Smart Queueing: If an automated communication is triggered outside of legal hours, the system will now automatically queue the message for the next available compliant window.
Manual Scheduling Restrictions: To prevent accidental violations, users can no longer manually schedule communications (calls or messages) outside of FCCregulated timeframes.
Feature Enhancements/Changes
Medication Reversal AI Agent
Our latest AI integration is now live. This agent assists clinicians by identifying potential reversal agents for specific medications and providing dosage guidelines in high-pressure scenarios.
Non-formulary / Trade Review Reports
Two new comprehensive reports have been added.

Clinical and Financial outcomes data and visual fixes.
Fixed occasional filter persistance / resetting bugs for improved user expierence.
